The distillery Premium product is Rey David, it's a Silver Sotol, with a single distillation process, cold filtered with edible silver flakes.

With a pristine and inciting aroma, sculpting committed woody notes. With sensual smoky, bushy and woody tones in the mouth, as it is incipiently and repeatedly drawn on the tongue and an addictive sapidity in its path through the palate, ending with a temperamental bouquet highly reminiscent of its wild origins when finishing the palate.
